This guide explains how vendors configure API-based products in the Vendor Portal.

API products allow vendors to offer services through system integrations.
All API products are created and managed in Draft state under the Products section until they are ready to be used.

Steps to Configure an API Product

  1. Open the API product you want to configure.
  2. Customize the API parameters and required settings.
  3. Configure how the API should behave.
  4. Review all configuration details.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
  6. Go to Products to view the API product listed in Draft state.
